The large seasonal outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded lounge areas. A tended garden, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue complete the exterior spaces, while free private parking and a garage are available on site with no reservation needed.

Each unit has a private entrance, air conditioning, a seating and dining area, tile or marble floors, linens, a wardrobe, a clothes rack and an iron. The kitchen is complete with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and a washing machine, and the private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas of the property. Rooms are family rooms and non-smoking, the whole property is smoke-free and every unit is on the ground floor. Pets are allowed for 35 EUR per stay, a high chair is available for 15 EUR per stay and a crib on request for 20 EUR per stay. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector and a safe are provided. Staff speak Italian, English, German, Spanish, French and Dutch.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:30 and check-out from 00:30 to 10:00; please let the property know your arrival time in advance. A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in, cash is not accepted and payment before arrival is required. Parties and events are not allowed and quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. Children of all ages are welcome and no extra beds are available.
